I put reasons for doing a boudoir session into two categories – a celebration and an uplift. Sometimes women who come into the studio have something to celebrate – a birthday, a promotion, kicking cancer’s ass.

Other times women need some uplifting, so they schedule a session to get a little fun time just to themselves and to boost their confidence and feel sexy. Maybe they’re an overworked mom, someone struggling with anxiety, or someone with a debilitating disease.
