If you choose sprinkler, they will get soaked. Please bring your own towels and change of clothes if needed.

Photography Mini-Session Terms & Conditions
 
1. Session & Package Details
  • Duration: The Photographer agrees to provide a mini-session for 15 minutes at the agreed-upon date, time, and location.
  • Deliverables: The package includes the photographer's time, talent, and a digital gallery containing 5 high-resolution, fully edited images.
2. Booking, Fees, & Payments
  • Retainer: To secure your spot, a non-refundable retainer of $99 is due at the time of signing.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of remaining must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the session date.
  • Late Arrivals: Because mini-sessions are booked back-to-back, any time lost due to the Client's late arrival will be deducted from the 15-minute session window without a refund or extension. 
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellation: If the Client cancels the session, the deposit is forfeited.
  • Weather Clause: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer reserves the right to postpone the session. Retainers will be transferred to a rescheduled date. 
  • If Client needs a reschedule due to illness or extreme circumstances, and requests said reschedule at least 12 hours before the session time, then Photographer allows one free reschedule at the mini session makeup date of Photographer's choosing.
4. Artistic Rights & Editing
  • The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting which photographic materials are released to the client.
  • The images will be edited in the Photographer’s signature style. No raw, unedited files will be provided to the Client under any circumstances. 
5. Copyright & Usage
  • All images remain the exclusive property of the Photographer.
  • The Photographer grants the Client a limited print release for personal, non-commercial use only. The Client may not sell the images or enter them into photography contests.
  • If Client signs a model release, the Photographer reserves the right to use the images for display, portfolio, website, and social media marketing. 
6. Limitation of Liability
  • If the Photographer cannot perform this agreement due to an emergency, illness, or equipment failure, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

What can you do in Photoshop?

What can't I do?

I have three kids, so I understand the difficulty of getting beautiful photos of moving chaos.

With over 16 years of experience in editing, here are some common adjustments I make.

  • Crazy Hair - I can fix flyaways and frizz.
  • Wild Expression - Love the photo but they look like they're mid-sneeze? I can swap expressions from another photo!
  • Wrinkles in Clothes - Who has time to iron when you can fix it in post?
  • Acne - Poof, gone!
  • Leashes on pets - No need to unleash your pup when I can just remove it while editing.

I take custom requests to ensure you LOVE your photos.

  • What is the cost? Originally $600, these special sessions are over 50% off at $290 if booked by July 24th. After that, they will increase to $450, then full price a week prior.

  • When do I have to pay? You only need $99 retainer when booking. Then, your balance must be paid by 24 hours before your session.

  • How do I get my images? You will book a time within two weeks to come in and order your photos. 5 digitals are included, but you will have plenty to look at to determine if you want to buy more. You can get 1 additional digital for $50 or 5 for $175.

  • My kids got sick/ I have a family emergency. Can I reschedule? I allow one free rescheduling if done within two weeks.

  • What if I change my mind and cancel? Everything except the $99 retainer is refundable. Since sessions are limited and I can't easily fill in spots last minute, the retainer pays to keep your spot open for you.

  • My kiddo is neurodivergent/has a disability. Do you have experience? One of my kids and I are neurospicy as well. Just let me know preferences and ways to make things work as best as possible, and I will happily and patiently accommodate whatever is needed.

  • Do you offer art products too? Yes! I have a trifold that stands on your desk, an accordion book that can fit in your pocket, prints, gorgeous albums, and wall art options.

Can I bring my pets?

PLEASE do!

Dogs, cats, tarantulas, are all welcome.

I only require that you keep anything bigger than a gerbil on a leash at all times. The yard is fenced in but has some gaps that mischievous pets could squeeze through or jump over if they have the gumption to do so.

Don't worry - Pockets the kitty here had a harness on, but thanks to a little Photoshop magic I took it right off!

I have three kids and love providing a space for kids to be themselves in front of the camera. As I see my kiddos get older, I'm always trying to preserve their rapidly changing selves.

I am patient, understanding, and passionate.

I have a degree in commercial photography, won awards including best photographer in Lemoyne for 2026, and have been published in many publications including AP News and Penn Central Parent magazine.
